I had been asked to create scenic design elements to go with the cottages, which are now ready for the site.

This beautiful quilted scene was created by Brenda Houlihan in England.

Since I am not a quilter, Brenda graciously agreed to use her talents to test sew the cottage scene element
designs, and to use them within a scene.  The scene she created is stunning and I thank her for using her
talents to do this wonderful project. She also made a smaller scene for a tray, which is also very unique. 

Her advice to me, as she went along with the large scene, helped me to know what sizes of the scene element
designs might be helpful for people who wish to create their own scenes, whether quilted or just embroidered on a item.

I would like to THANK Brenda for creating such special, artistic quilted scenes with my
designs.  I  might not be a quilter, but I admire the skill of those quilters who are able to take designs and use
them with quilted backgrounds to make their own works of art.
